The Pre-Draft Stage of the County Development Plan Review process is made up of four phases:
- Pre-Draft Public Consultation where non-zoning submissions could be made (from 22nd September to 4pm 18th November, 2025).
- Preparation of a Chief Executive’s Report on submissions received during the Pre-Draft Public Consultation (this report was submitted to the Elected Members for their consideration on the 22nd January, 2026).
- Directions from Members on Draft Plan (the Members may issue directions to the Chief Executive regarding the preparation of the Draft Development Plan).
